I went for a cleaning, 8/18/26. I got the Same older woman yesterday, and six months ago. She has an issue with me, touching the suction tube. She pulls it out of my hands every time I try to Reach for it. While she is cleaning my teeth and scraping all the tartar out of my teeth my saliva builds up in the back of my throat. I begin moaning and raising my hands for the suction. I do not want to swallow all of that bacteria in the back of my throat. She actually said to me, Ma’am, it’s just saliva. Yes, that’s true, but I do not want to swallow it. Be kind when I raise my hand to suction that’s saliva out of my mouth. I was not allowed to touch the section tube. She repeatedly told me, Don’t touch I’ll do it. At one point, she waited So long. I had a mouthful of saliva and started gagging. I started fumbling around and she finally suction my mouth. I told her, When I raise my hand, I’m telling you that I need the suction. Just suction when I tell you. I’ve never had Anyone so adamant about touching The section tube. They've saved my teeth when other dentists were about to pull them all out. Weirdly relaxing place even tho getting dental work can be uncomfortable. Great staff. Decent music selection playing. Sometimes I see a bunny out the widow.

Beautiful experience 😁 Thank You to the 3 that served me The receptionist that signed me in The Dental Assistant that held my hand through the procedure And the Dentist that skillfully removed my tooth. I’m sorry that I don’t remember your names Charge that to the memory loss after 50 🤗 and not my heart . I so appreciate how You all were very kind to me . I didn’t feel like a number I was made to feel important . To The Dentist Assistant ( who I believe is/was so much more ) thank You for Your attentiveness .Thank you all.. See you next visit😄🤗.

I wish I could give a zero-star review! I called and made an emergency appointment for my 5-year-old son, who was in extreme pain due to a cavity. The person on the phone told me that after I asked if it was all done in one appointment, and they said yes, so I scheduled the appointment. I got there and was told it was a consultation appointment only and that they could get us back in a few months. I asked if they had anything soon, and they said they talked with the manager, who had a cancellation on 4/3, and they could fix me in, but they also recommended going down to the ER to get the tooth pulled. I got to the ER, and they removed the tooth, so I called back to confirm the appointment for 4/3, and they said they would prefer to wait for the swelling to go down, and they could get in on the schedule for 4/10, and I took the appointment. Fast forward to 4/9, I waited all day for a call from them/Smile MD to confirm my appointment. By 4 pm, I hadn't heard, so I called and got told I would receive a call later that night. By 8:45 pm, I still didn't hear anything, so I left a message for the staff at Bright Now! On 4/10 at 8 am, I called the office to check on the time for the appoi

My wife and I both had deeply concerning experiences at this dental practice, specifically with the same dental hygienist named Christina, and we will not be returning. At my appointment about four weeks ago, and again at my wife’s appointment today, the hygienist told each of us that we had gum disease based solely on reviewing our X-rays, without consulting or involving the dentist at any point. As patients, we later learned that X-rays alone cannot diagnose periodontal disease, and that a hygienist is not licensed to make a medical or dental diagnosis. This should have been evaluated and explained by the dentist, not presented as a definitive diagnosis by a hygienist. Mind you, my wife and I are also very healthy, mid 20's and take care of our health and teeth. Even more troubling was the tone and behavior. The hygienist was rude, bullying, and fear-mongering, particularly toward my wife. She went so far as to tell my wife that she could/will “lose her next child” if this isn't addressed, which was completely inappropriate, medically irresponsible, and unacceptable.
